Lowkey W vs Abrahams
The #41 started with a very balanced clash between Lowkey W and Abrahams. Both teams drafted thinking of the narrow fights around the urn and mid boss. The Russians started better and were winning the urn fights, building a 17k advantage by the 25-minute mark. However, Lowkey W was fighting better and winning the trades around the mid boss, which made their comeback possible. By the 28-minute mark, Lowkey W won a mid boss fight and from there controlled the rest of the game.Shout out to Zerggy’s
Warden who was once again the X-factor for the team, growing when needed and carrying the team fights. cosmetical and his
Grey Talon deserve a highlight too; he ended up being the top damage and top fragger of the team.
Leviathan vs Lowkey W
Game 1
Leviathan started the draft banning
Silver instead of
Pocket, and bet on a high-control and potential pickoff composition with
Mo & Krill,
Mina and
Billy. On the other hand, Lowkey W went once again thinking of strong urns and mid boss fights with
Abrams,
Victor and Pocket.
The game was very balanced until the 24-minute mark, where Lowkey W won a very clutch mid boss fight with a Petrifying Bola from Zerggy’s
Vyper. He stopped the Russians and allowed his team to get the rejuvenators and kill them all. After this, Cosmetical’s Pocket just melted all walkers and base guardians, building a huge lead. Leviathan tried one last fight in their base, but the lead was too much for them.
Game 2
For a second time, Leviathan didn’t ban the Pocket and this had a high cost for them. If the first game was pretty balanced until 24 minutes, this time things started to fall apart much earlier. Around the 13-minute mark, Lowkey W made a heavy attempt to deliver the urn and caught Leviathan out of position. After taking the advantage, the game was all Lowkey W, controlling everything and suffocating the Russians until the end.Props to Cosmetical’s Pocket who was the main damage source on the objectives and enabled his team to control the map, while also being a huge factor in fights by taking away healing and dealing a lot of damage. Zerggy's Viper was extremely clutch in the first game and obikym's
Paradox also deserves a big mention.
