Abrahams extends their Night Shift reign to 13 in a row powered by standout performances from Dimov and hoot.
Abrahams continued their dominance at #24, claiming another Deadlock Night Shift EU title with a convincing 2-0 sweep over Lowkey W in the finals. The victory was decisive, Abrahams controlled both games through superior souls economy and team coordination, though Lowkey W showed flashes of fight.
The Finals
Game 1 saw Abrahams establish early control with better drafting and souls management. They built a substantial lead throughout the 36-minute match, though a late team fight swung momentum toward Lowkey W and briefly made things interesting. Abrahams steadied themselves, methodically recovering their position and closing out the game 66-20 in kills with a massive 77k souls advantage.
hoot was monstrous on
Grey Talon, posting a 19/2/19 line with nearly 80k player damage. saintmxsm's
Paige work earned him statistical MVP honors with a 24.50 KDA (2/2/47), orchestrating team fights from the support position.
Game 2 was even more one-sided. Lowkey W secured first pick, putting Lystic on
Silver, but it did nothing to slow Abrahams' momentum. By the 13-minute mark, Abrahams already led 73-59k souls, a deficit Lowkey W never recovered from. The game ended in under 28 minutes.
Dimov was flawless on
Shiv in game 2, going 13/0/14 for a 27.00 KDA. hoot, highlighted by the broadcast team as MVP, added another 8/5/20 line on
Lash with over 34k player damage, finishing the series with 27 total kills across both games.
The final stats tell the story: Abrahams' players collectively posted an 18.25 average KDA (led by Dimov) compared to Lowkey W's best of 1.61 (vraic). It was systematic dismantling.
Challenger Match: Lowkey W Upsets Leviathan
Before the finals, Lowkey W earned their spot by taking down Leviathan 1-0 in the Challenger match, a significant result given Leviathan's status as perennial finalists against Abrahams. Roster changes played a huge part as new comers Lystic and Sharky played a big part in the win.
The Bo1 was a grind at nearly 46 minutes, but Lowkey W's newest addition made his presence felt immediately. Lystic, who joined the roster on January 20th, stepped right in on
Silver and delivered an 8/7/21 line with 57.8k souls. The Night Shift broadcast crew awarded him MVP honors for the performance.
The win snapped Leviathan's streak of Challenger victories and denied them another finals appearance against their rivals Abrahams.
The Bigger Picture
Abrahams remain the team to beat in EU Night Shift. Their roster, hoot, Dimov, saintmxsm, sanya_sniper, Tas, and together, continues to show why they've become the region's standard bearers. Lowkey W, meanwhile, can take heart from their path through Leviathan and Lystic's immediate impact. The question is whether anyone can close the gap before Abrahams make this dominance look permanent.
