The Deadlock Night Shift EU #45 started with Abrahams welcoming Oblivion to the big leagues. The game didn’t last long, but two weeks with two new teams is a good sign for the region.
Buff Enjoyers vs Abrahams
Game 1: Abrahams led from start to finish
Abrahams started the finals bringing the momentum of the last game. They came with a strong start, winning the lanes and building their momentum from there. Buff Enjoyers didn't manage to find an answer and were run over in less than 30 minutes
Game 2: Buff Enjoyers bounced back
The second game started in the same way as the last one, with Abrahams putting early pressure in the lanes. However, this time Buff Enjoyers fought back and committed to the objectives. Around the 19-minute mark, they barely won a fight that resulted in a Rift for them. After this, they got another trade, this time a 3-for-3, but with obikym's
Apollo getting the last kills, enabling an uncontested mid boss. With the rejuvs, they built a good lead and momentum to snowball the game.
Game 3: A sweet revenge
In all games, Abrahams started with good lanes and put early pressure by taking the guardians first. This time was no different, but Buff Enjoyers were able to equalize the game, winning some trades around the map. However, Abrahams turned things around using the same weapon that had hurt them. They committed to the objectives and won them; at the 20-minute mark, with a 4-man stun by sanya_sniper's
Infernus, they stole all the rejuvs from Buff Enjoyers. With the advantage, they just controlled the pace of the game and handed their longtime rivals back-to-back defeats.
Buff Enjoyers played with Dimov subbing for hoot, it's uncertain how this swap affected the team this week.
